2020 review of EWOQ scheme
The Energy and Water Ombudsman Queensland has engaged cameron. ralph. khoury to conduct an independent review of our scheme.
This review will help us understand how well we’re performing against the Benchmarks for industry-based customer dispute resolution.
The review will include:
- broader stakeholder consultation
- in-depth analysis of our processes, procedures, data and management oversight mechanisms
- a review of a representative sample of recent disputes.

2014 review of EWOQ scheme
In August 2012, the Ombudsman recommended that the Advisory Council conduct an independent review in 2013.
TCB started the review in July 2013 and the Council approved the final report (PDF, 1019.7 KB) on 23 January 2014.
