Online portal

Our online portal is currently being redeveloped to offer greater self-service for our scheme participants.

The new portal will offer:

• overview of active cases including the status of each case
• list of resolved cases
• support documentation and guidance on using the portal
• self-management of users associated with a scheme participant
• 2 levels of access to assign users; administrator and contact
• secure access through two-factor authentication codes.

Current users of our online portal will automatically be granted access and will be contacted with their new login details.
