Authorise a representative

If you’re an exempt seller, you may want your billing agent, embedded network manager or strata manager to act on your behalf to manage complaints received from EWOQ. To do this you need to appoint this person or organisation as an authorised representative.

By appointing a person or organisation as a representative you give them authority to act on your behalf as an Energy Entity with EWOQ. This means we may ask them for information, give them information and speak to them as if we were speaking to you. It does not transfer any financial or legal obligations or liabilities from you as the Energy Entity to the authorised representative.

The authority remains valid for EWOQ interactions until you or the authorised person cancels it. To cancel or updated the authorised person you can complete the below form or call us on 1800 662 837.
