We collect information about the complaints we receive and use this to monitor trends in energy and water complaints across Queensland.
- Unless specified, all data relates to cases closed, up to the end of the month listed.
- We take every precaution to ensure that information presented is accurate.
- As closed cases can occasionally be amended, historical figures have the potential to change. Official figures provided in EWOQ’s annual report are considered as final.
- We do not recommend relying solely on the data presented here when making decisions.
- Percentages may not add up to 100 due to rounding.
