We’re bringing important services to Atherton, Mossman and Innisfail from 28–30 October 2025 to make it easier for you to get the help you need. These free events are open to everyone in the community and brings people together with their service provider and support services to share information, resolve problems and receive help.

Talk about internet and phone service issues with nbn and Optus.
Talk about electricity and gas issues with Ergon Retail.
Connect with local support organisations for help with managing money.
Get advice on your consumer rights, complaints and scams.
