We’re bringing important services to Chermside, West End and Logan from 24–26 February 2026 to make it easier for you to get the help you need. These free events are open to everyone in the community and brings people together with their service provider and support services to share information, resolve problems and receive help.

Life can be stressful when bills pile up or you’re not sure where to turn for help. These events are here to make things easier. You’ll be able to:

  • Get advice on managing bills and debts.
  • Learn about concessions and rebates you might be missing out on.
  • Get legal information and advice.
  • Get advice and help with tenancy issues. 
  • Talk about internet and phone service issues.
  • Talk about electricity, gas and water issues. 
  • Connect with local support organisations for help with budgeting and managing money.
  • Get advice on your consumer rights.
