Introducing our new logo

Here at Energy and Water Ombudsman Queensland, we’re refreshing our identity to focus on the conversations we have each and every day with Queensland energy and water consumers.

We are a dispute resolution service for Queensland energy consumers, and water consumers in south-east Queensland. Dialogue is at the heart of our service, and we specialise in dialogue with consumers and their service providers to help resolve issues with electricity, gas and water.

Our new logo features a speech bubble to represent this dialogue inside the letter Q for Queensland (for the consumers we assist), and our new colour palette is inspired by the colours of Queensland.

Our 2017-18 Annual Report is the first public document to feature our new identity. We will continue updating our brand in coming weeks and months ahead. Thank you for your patience during this transition.
