Under Section 78(4) of the Right to Information Act 2009, documents released under the Act are to be published to the disclosure log no sooner than 24 hours after it is accessed by an applicant. Information is to be published in the disclosure log as soon as possible after the 24 hour period expires (on the next working day) and no later than five business days after access.
