Reconnection

If you have been disconnected and have taken the appropriate steps to get reconnected there are clear guidelines for the timeframes in which this reconnection must occur. These timeframes depend on the kind of electricity powerline you are connected to. Contact your energy supplier to find out more.

The rebate should automatically be applied to your account. If not, you can lodge a claim with your energy supplier. If your claim is rejected, and you believe you're entitled to it, you can contact us for assistance. We may be able to help.
