From time to time, your energy supplier will have to interrupt the supply of electricity to your home to perform maintenance work or upgrade local electricity infrastructure. These interruptions will be planned to ensure the least possible disruption to your lifestyle and business operations.
With the exception of emergencies, your supplier must give you at least two business days notice of a planned interruption. If they don't, you may be entitled to a rebate.
The rebate should automatically be applied to your account. If not, you can lodge a claim with your energy supplier. If your claim is rejected, and you believe you're entitled to it, you can contact us for assistance. We may be able to help.
