If your energy supplier is late or fails to show for a scheduled appointment at your home or business, you are entitled to a rebate if the meeting was for the purpose of inspecting your meter or inspecting/adjusting your electrical installation.
Appointments can be rescheduled as long as you are notified before the day of the original scheduled appointment.
The rebate should automatically be applied to your account. If not, you can lodge a claim with your energy supplier. If your claim is rejected, and you believe you're entitled to it, you can contact us for assistance. We may be able to help.
