Loss of hot water

If you make an enquiry about losing your hot water supply and your energy supplier identifies that it could be a problem with their equipment, they must attend your home or business within defined periods of time.

Contact your energy supplier to find out what timeframe they must meet for hot water issues within your area.

The rebate should automatically be applied to your account. If not, you can lodge a claim with your energy supplier. If your claim is rejected, and you believe you're entitled to it, you can contact us for assistance. We may be able to help.
