You may now be able to receive a rebate for the incovenience and stress of being overcharged on your electricity account.
This can include:
- not receiving the pensioner electricity rebate if you are entitled to it
- you are charged an incorrect price or rate.
You are entitled to the rebate if you have already paid your account but it is incorrect. However if the the mistake is identified by your retailer and the account re-issued prior to payment, or the mistake is caused by circumstances outside of their control, the rebate does not apply.
