If you are entitled to have your energy supply connected, and have taken all the necessary steps, your energy supplier must provide you with prompt connection. If they fail to do so, you may be entitled to a rebate for each day it is late.
The rebate should automatically be applied to your account. If not, you can lodge a claim with your energy supplier. If your claim is rejected, and you believe you're entitled to it, you can contact us for assistance. We may be able to help.
